Theresa May has arrived at the EU summit. On her way in she told reporters she would be requesting a short article 50 extension until the end of June.

Theresa May is expected to chair the cabinet’s regular weekly meeting hours before the Brexit debate and vote in the Commons. At approximately 1pm, parliament will debate May’s Brexit plan B and the alternatives put forward by other lawmakers. They will not be asked to vote to approve a revised Brexit deal at this stage.
